Lourdes Health System has committed itself to patient safety and to always seeking new ways to meet the needs of its patients and their families. To help achieve this, Lourdes has established its Patient Safety Connect Line. This message line is designed to encourage users to submit questions, comments, complements or concerns regarding the quality and safety of care at Lourdes.

The Lourdes staff will address messages from the Patient Safety Connect Line on the next business day. A staff member who can respond to the subject of the call, will return the call as soon as possible.
This line is not for situations requiring an immediate answer!
