At Lourdes Health System, quality has always been central to our values and to our identity. Quality remains integral to the advancement of our charitable mission and a primary aspect of the service we deliver every day to our patients and their families.

Our administration and medical leaders set the direction, but our healthcare professionals and hospital staff lead the way in the constant pursuit of quality. The people who most directly influence our patients' care—our managers, physicians, nurses and other clinical staff—have dedicated themselves to providing top-quality services. This means remaining focused on all areas critical to patient care, safety and comfort.

In addition, we know communication has become more important than ever in helping everyone to make good decisions as providers and consumers. At Lourdes, we convey our quality results in clear, plain language, and we update our data as often as possible. We recognize that this information is vitally important to patients and their loved ones in making informed choices on where to seek care.
