Web scheduling is available 24 hours a day, and there's no holding on the phone.
Patients or their caregivers have several options in making appointments at Lourdes. They can call directly to their doctor’s office for a physician visit or contact Lourdes by phone, including for its free physician-referral service (1-888-Lourdes). More recently though, they can also go online to request appointments at Lourdes for outpatient testing or other routine visits. Patients can set up visits for radiology and other testing, as well as various therapies and other care. They can also use the Lourdes scheduling page to request preadmission testing.

How online scheduling works: On the web page, patients indicate their Lourdes hospital of choice, physician and type of appointment, as well as preferred time and date. They receive e-mail confirmation of their request, followed within 24 hours with confirmation of the appointment. With a confidential login, patients can check on past and present appointments online and access their patient-prep information. They also can update contact and insurance information, ensuring that data is already in the registration system at the time of their visit.

Patients receive a reminder e-mail and automated phone call approximately 48 hours before their visit. Medical offices also can make the request if they have the patient’s e-mail, login and Social Security number.
